Sub-processor List

Every third-party company that processes personal data on behalf of Pinglow. Maintained separately from the Privacy Policy so provider changes can be reflected without a full policy revision.

How updates work

When we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page and the “Last updated” date above. For additions involving new categories of personal data processing, we notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the new sub-processor begins processing data. Removals and like-for-like replacements take effect immediately. Contact privacy@pinglow.app with any questions.

Supabase, Inc.

Cloud infrastructure, database & authentication

Purpose

PostgreSQL database hosting, user authentication and session management, file storage (profile photos, event covers), real-time data subscriptions

Personal Data Shared

All Platform data - account credentials (hashed), profile data, event data, check-in records, ticket records, file uploads

Interactive mapping & geocoding

Purpose

Interactive map rendering, forward and reverse geocoding for event venue search, map tile delivery

Map tile requests (IP address, viewport bounds), geocoding query strings entered by Organizers

Paystack, Inc.

Payment processing

Purpose

Processing ticket purchase payments, handling payment webhooks to confirm successful transactions

Payment reference and transaction status only. Card numbers, CVV, and bank details are entered directly into Paystack's PCI-DSS-compliant interface and are never transmitted to or stored by Pinglow.

Purpose

Delivering order confirmation emails, event reminder emails (~1 hour before event), and account emails (verification, password reset)

Purpose

Automatic capture and reporting of application errors, crashes, and performance anomalies to enable rapid debugging

Purpose

Tracking feature usage, page views, user flows, and session activity to guide product improvements

Mobile app distribution & OTA updates

Purpose

Purpose

Distribution of the Pinglow iOS app through the Apple App Store

App Store purchase and download records are retained by Apple. Pinglow does not receive individual-level download data from Apple.

App store distribution (Android) & OAuth

Purpose

Distribution of the Pinglow Android app through Google Play Store; providing Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) as an authentication option

Personal Data Shared

Play Store: download records retained by Google. Google Sign-In: name, email address, and profile photo URL (only when a user explicitly chooses to sign in with Google).
