Pinglow is built for Lagos, Nigeria, covering areas like Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Lagos Island and the Mainland.
Is Pinglow free to use?
Yes. Browsing the map, events and crowd levels is free, and free events stay free with no fees. For paid tickets, the buyer pays a Pinglow fee of 5% + ₦100 per ticket at checkout, capped at ₦5,000.
How much does Pinglow charge event organizers?
Listing and publishing events is free, with no monthly fees and every feature included. On paid tickets the Pinglow fee (5% + ₦100, capped at ₦5,000) is paid by the buyer. Paystack pays the organizer's share of each sale straight to their bank account, usually by the next business day, less Paystack's standard processing fee.
How do I buy tickets on Pinglow?
Open an event on pinglow.app, choose your tickets and pay securely through Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD. Your ticket comes with a QR code that is scanned at the door.
How do I list my event on Pinglow?
Create an organizer account at pinglow.app, add your event details, set free or paid ticket tiers and publish. Your event appears on the live map as soon as it's published. To sell paid tickets, first add your payout bank account and verify your identity with your BVN in Payout settings; you're approved automatically once Paystack confirms it.
